Enter the estate via the gate lodge on Bird In Hand Street. The parking area for the Bottom Lake is almost immediately on the left. You will have already been advised of the padlock code number for the gate. If you've forgotten it, please contact the Club Secretary.
Ensure that you lock the gate after you leave. Do not park outside the estate around the Green unless there is no room in the car park. If this is unavoidable, please try and park in the road running across the Green rather than in Bird in Hand Street.
To go to the Top Lake, continue up the one-way entrance lane. It's some way along on your left, just before the main house. If you like, you may stop briefly by the Top Lake to drop off tackle before parking but you must stay on the drive whilst stopped and not pull off onto the verge. This avoids disputes with the land owners. Our parking area is about 100 yards further on; first inlet on the right.
The Top Lake can alternatively be accessed from the upper drive.
If fishing at dawn, approach the lake as quietly and considerately as possible so as not to cause any nuisance to residents.

Alternative on-street parking can be found on Vineyard Lane or Burnt Lodge Lane but be careful not to cause any obstruction or park in entrances to fields or buildings.
